My friends hardly ever workout at all, so I don’t have many people I can talk to about training!

Yep, I plan to do George’s Step class tonight! I must be crazy, I’m planning to do 17 hours of training in 14 days! I'm yet to determine how that works!)

I find that at first, 6am training is tiring, but it does improve your energy levels when you approach the rest of the day. Though the way you respond naturally, differs from person to person.

And I LOVE that shoulder track too! BP67 and 69 have wicked shoulder tracks :-D

As for how I managed to train for three hours a day in the past - I guess 'passion got me through'. Sometimes the three hours was staggered, other times it was consecutive, but I always enjoyed it far more than any other alternative activity (eg: vacuuming, ironing... bleh!) that I would be more than happy to keep on going :-D

I'm hoping to reintroduce some of those days soon, now that my ankle is doing better. Are you doing Step tonight? Hope to see you there :-)

I didn’t see you there in Susan’s class, probably ...

I didn’t see you there in Susan’s class, probably because I’m not used to getting up that early to train and I wasn’t fully awake yet! Susan is the only instructor that motivates me to make the effort to attend 6am classes! I hope to make it into my regular workout routine!

I can’t seem to get enough of the shoulder track from BP69! The perk of doing Susan’s class is I get to do the new stuff even after they have been filmed! :)

It has been 2-3 years since the last time I trained at 6am! I wonder does training at 6am affect your energy level throughout the day?

I’m trying to do as many classes as I can before I leave for my holiday on Friday… So on Monday I did Body Pump at 6.10am with Susan, Body Circuit at 5.15pm and Body Step at 6.30pm both with George! I was exhausted half way through Step class! How did you manage to train 3 hours a day in the past?
