I thought I could quickly dash off and come back, but alas, I had to go down three flights of stairs to find a toilet that wasn't occupied. Argh! By the time I went back upstairs, I was too frustrated to continue the run, and carried on with the last remnants of of the circuit that I could fit in before the class was due to start.
Despite having done 5 RPM classes this week previous to this one, I felt surprisingly fresh going into the class. I know why. It's because I had the majority of Saturday and today to recuperate. There might just be something in this 'rest' thing after all.
Though heck, I'm starting to wonder whether Wednesday night classes will match up to Sundays. Since by god, the class was fantastic. Jaci picked nearly all of my songs, which somehow, seem to be the hard ones. Everyone in the class was absolutely shattered. And I mean shattered. Looking down at my shirt once class was over, I hadn't seen so much sweat on it before.
I hope that Wednesday's classes match up to this, otherwise I'm going to really regret making the rest-day switch.
