First of all... err... I completely forgot that I had assigned myself a 1.5km swim, and swam an extra 10 lengths. It was good, I enjoyed it thoroughly, and wasn't as puffed as I thought I might be. Next time I'll try and go for 2km, which'll be 80 lengths. I really have no idea how far my current fitness level will take me, so I should really try and find where the new edge of my comfort zone is, since clearly, it's been pushed out further and I haven't realised it.
As for Body Pump this morning - excellent class. In particular, the lunges really hurt. I was wobbling for quite some time afterwards.

Funny how the comfort level does that.
Got to my in-law's place (Aunt and Uncle) the other week and about died when I realised it was a two story house. With the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs!
Funny, my knees, ankles and tendons all held up superbly. It's made me a little bolder with my choice of walking surface. And, I feel stronger than I have in months!
Wow, that's fantastic, Kada! :-D That new feeling of strength must be fantastic after that rough period you went through; awesome!
