Where did all the exercise go?

Goodness me, has it really been two days since I've exercised?! Doesn't sound like me, does it?

Unfortunately, it is. I've had three nights in a row of late night support calls (without the option of coming into the office late since I've been on a course) and I've been dead on my feet. I've never felt so tired before.

I warned Adam about how tired I was, and he respected that. He told me he'd rather me be upfront and honest about my physical state so that he can adjust the intensity of the session, than have me call him and say "I can't do our session today, I'm too tired." And he was right. It was much more beneficial being in the gym doing a gentle workout than being at home. I didn't say at home 'in bed', since I would probably have been on the phone.

I think I'll take another day to rest tomorrow, and then get back into it on Saturday with Body Jam.
