Just a Wee Stroll

The tracks with the darker blue background were the tracks I used as active recovery, so I walked at a slower pace. The purple background tracks are my cooldowns, so I walked slowly slowly slowly slowly till I didn't feel like my heart was going b-b-boom b-b-boom.


If you're going through that and then suddenly go, "Huh? But that doesn't add up to 60 mins?" Let me just say a couple of things to clarify.
  • I listened to 'Rock n Roll Soniye' twice. In a row. I didn't mean to.
  • I actually attempted about half of another track after 'This love'. I had this idea that I could run for all 3 minutes of the All Saints track 'Rock Steady'. Halfway through it though, the treadmill abruptly halted. Why? I have no idea.
So I actually did do an hour's worth of treadmilling. I win.

Oh how I love see other people's play list. I keep thinking about posting mine too. Maybe I will this week.

PS I think Sexyback is on everyone's list right now, although I just took it off mine and put My Love instead. Sometimes I feel like doing a twirl on the treadmill though. Hahaha. ;)

I reckon it'd be awesome if we started a trend thing, like you did with the fridge photo (which I shamefully never did get around to doing; far too much stuff in the fridge is not mine, unfortunately >_<) - it'd be great to look at what everyone works out to; I get some really great ideas for my own work out mixes :-D

I was checking out the mix for Body Pump 61 (they release new songs every few months) and I got all excited to see SexyBack as the tricep track - I hope we're not all SexyBack-Burnt-Out by then o_0
